Welcome to Soul-Lit, Summer 2017.

After an arduous winter, it’s time for summer in the Northern
Hemisphere. Along with the change of season comes a
significant milestone. It’s a joy to celebrate the fifth
anniversary of Soul-Lit this year. We are deeply
grateful to all of you -- our readers, poets, and
our Soul-Lit community – for your work to build Soul-Lit.
Five years ago, Wayne-Daniel Berard, Rob Schadt and I created Soul-Lit
to build a community for spiritual poetry. Thank you for sharing your wonderful
poetry and embarking on this journey with us.

To celebrate our milestone, we invite all of you to a gathering on
Sunday, August 27th at the Sacred Space at Northeastern University
in Ell Hall on 360 Huntington Avenue, Boston MA from 2:00 – 4:00.
We will share poetry, music and dance, along with refreshments.
More details will follow through Facebook and email on how to RSVP.

It’s time to celebrate! It’s time for gratitude. Thank you.

“For everything there is a season, and
a time for every matter under heaven.”

We hope you enjoy this issue of Soul-Lit.
