Sam Libby

Samantha Libby is a poet, writer and teacher. She is currently an adjunct professor at Nichols College, where she enjoys teaching creative writing to business students. Part of her spirituality is serving as the poet-in-residence or “poet rabbi” for services with an alternative Jewish community called Hineini, that meets in Weston, MA. A blog of her writings for those services can be found at www.poetrabbi.blogspot.com. She is also working on a new blog, Simply Samalama www.simplysamalama.blogspot.com where she writes about life, kids, work, divorce, and the ever-present quest to create meaning in life. Sam is a former slam poet and co-host of the Boston Poetry Slam out of the Cantab Lounge in Cambridge. She’s not quite sure where the last fifteen years went, but she has two kids, so she must have done something. Really!
